  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. place bacon strips on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet and place in the oven while preheating.
  2. Take your package of Hawaiian rolls and cut the whole set of rolls in half so that you have a bottom half and a top half. Set the top half aside, and place the bottom half in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish
  3. Crack your eggs and place on top of the bottom half of the Hawaiian bread in the baking dish so that they’re evenly distributed.
  4. After the bacon has been in the oven for about 15 minutes, place baking sheet with the bottom half of the bread with egg on it in the oven.
  5. After 15 minutes, remove the bacon and check the eggs, if the egg whites are no longer clear, you’re ready to place the bacon on top.
  6. Remove the baking dish and place cheese, bacon and the top half of the rolls on top. Brush on a liberal amount of melted butter on the top of the rolls. Place back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is nice and melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Using a knife, cut along where the rolls separate making sure you cut through the bacon. Serve and enjoy!
