Watermelon Daiquiris are delicious, but have you ever tried a grilled watermelon daiquiri? It’s got a slightly sweet and hint of smoky flavor to it, thats really delicious. You need to try this out for the summer!

To be totally honest, my initial plan was to make this a boozy daquiri with some good quailty rum.

But, right now,  I’m the only person in the house that can drink alcohol, with the pregnant wife, in a dire need for a cocktail, I had to treat the family to a fun summer mocktail that would hit the spot for everyone!

I used ginger beer that gave the mocktail a fresh flavor and a little zing, that gives the feeling that its spiked. Feel free to booze this up with a little rum, too.  I know I did!

A grilled watermelon daiquiri is super simple, super fresh., and takes the edge off on a hot day! If you’re planning an all ages type of drink, this is easily a new go to for events!

Go grab a watermelon today, because you’re going to want to park next to the blender and cool off with a few of these daiquiris today!
