  1. Preheat oven to 450; in a skillet on medium heat melt butter and cook down onions and garlic. stir in flour vigorously
  2. Pour in chicken stock, add fresh thyme and rosemary. Hand shred chicken and place in the skillet along with peas and carrots. Cover with pie crust
  3. Place in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the pie crust is golden brown. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
