Grilled Mango is one of my favorite ways to eat mango! It’s perfect for summer, and when you want to do a different side, or even have vegetarian guest, it’s a really easy and fun way to change it up. With Memorial Day coming up this weekend, I thought it’d be the perfect time to share!

I added my Sweet Teriyaki Glazeย for these grilled mango skewers with sweet onion and bellย peppers to give it a savory flavor on top of all the sweetness going on with the mango. Then I added a little sriracha to the teriyaki and sprinkled a little chili powder on the skewers before glazing!

You don’t even need to make your own teriyaki if you don’t want to. When I went to my local Ralphs grocery store to pick up the produce, I was pretty tempted to buy a bottle of teriyaki, I found a lot that peaked my interest, but in the end I remembered that I had some of my own left over so i may as well make use of it!

The sweet and spicy flavors mixed with the meaty texture of the grilled mango is amazing! I love the heat at the end from the sriracha and chili powderย is life. Yep I’m talking like a 16 year old that’s how happy it makes me!

Like any other skewer this can be prepped in advanced and pulled out of the fridge when ready to grill keeping the weekend festivities that much better! If you’re doing this as a last minute idea though, you can always get mango spears rather than a whole mango making this a super quick and easy skewer to put together!

Enough Talk. More Rock.
