  1. in a container, soak chia seeds and almond milk for about 20 minutes. This can also be done overnight.
  2. mix in vanilla Greek yogurt and chia pudding, when ready to serve. Top with honey, baby kiwis and the rest of the fruit. Feel free to add other toppings as well like granola or coconut chips. Enjoy!
