Texas Style Pulled Pork Nachos. Smoked Pulled Pork shoulder on top of cheesy nachos is the best way to spend your weekend.
This is should be a no-brainer when trying to figure out what to do with your pulled pork leftovers.
But I can’t NOT post about it right?
If you’re a follower of the blog, its nothing new that I’m a fan of pulled pork.
I have a freezer full from butcher box (Click here for a $15 off coupon) so I have a pork shoulder on hand whenever I’m in the mood for pulled pork or carnitas
These nachos are easy peasy – Topped with cheese seasoned with some texas pepper based rub and some black beans.
Then loaded with a mound of smoked pulled pork for an easy game day treat!

Smoked Pulled Pork Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 lb pulled pork
- 2 cups chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans
Instructions
- Load up a pan full of chips with cheese dusted with your favorite rub, black beans and pulled pork
- Bake at 375 F for until the cheese is nice and melted. Top with your favorite toppings and devour!
