Little smokies corn dog bites are a fun twist on everyone’s favorites. How can you not love little smokie hot dogs dipped in a crispy corn dog batter and then fried to perfection?!
Whats funny is how this meal came about. Brayden asked from little smokies “dipped in that sauce”.
No clue what the heck he was talking about and I assumed it was cornbread because he loves corn dog bites.
Nope, he wasn’t talking about corn dog bites. He was talking about barbecue sauce.
Regardless, the kids were excited to help out on this one, and there’s plenty of opportunities to get them involved.
Whether its putting toothpicks in the little smokies, mixing batter, dipping or even helping fry (obviously, the older ones only under supervision on this)
These little smokies corn dog bites are so crispy on the outside, and warm and juicy on the inside. Perfect for a game day bite, or just a fun family dinner you know the kids wont stick their nose at.
And if you want healthy-ish it up serve along side some carrot sticks or sweet potato fries!
