Grilled Avocado Guacamole
When it comes to grilling, nothing is off limits, I’ve been experimenting with grilled avocados lately, and really like how they come out! What’s a good gateway drug into grilled avocado’s? How about some guacamole!
I put together a simple guacamole that is hands down my favorite. Just simple ingredients, and let them shine.
With Ralph’s just around the corner from me (a bike ride to be exact), I went to pick up some fresh avocados and other produce and whipped up this grilled avocado guacamole in a matter of minutes
The smokiness from the grilled avocados is amazing. It adds a little twist to guacamole, and with the help of some smoked paprika it really hits the spot.
You can eat this warm rid off the grill (which goes amazing on burgers) or let it cool off in the fridge and enjoy it later.
Sort of random comment, I’ve found myself to be a little allergic to avocado’s, and only certain ones – I think it’s the Haas avocado. My lips and mouth get itchy and swollen, but when it’s recipes like this. It’s TOTALLY worth it.
So before you start your weekend grill planning, make sure you add this to whatever you’re making. And be sure to drop by and leave me a comment to let me know how it turned out!!
Thank you Ralph’s for sponsoring this post!!
