Sandwich Wraps are my go-to easy meal to make when we’re short on time, or just want something light and refreshing for lunch or dinner. Today I’m sharing a sandwich wrap that we’re obsessed with in our house – Barbecue BLT Avocado wrap!

Using Taylor Farm’s BBQ Ranch Chopped Salad Kit, I already have half of the work done for me. All I need to to is add some tomato, avocado, and just a little more bacon. Because you can never have enough bacon!

The Taylor Farms BBQ Ranch Chopped Salad Kit comes with everything you need as a salad on its own. Romaine lettuce, broccoli, red and savoy cabbage, green onions,  and carrots with smoky bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and a bbq sauce pack. Using this salad kit for the L in a BLT really takes things to the next level!

One salad kit will get you about 3 good sized sandwich wraps. I made one for me, one for my wife, then we kind of fought over the third one. So you should probably make a couple extra.

Wrap extra in tin foil and store it in the fridge and it makes a great lunch to take to work as well!

When putting the wrap together, I like to line everything up in a row, then add the chips, ranch and barbecue sauce from the Taylor Farm’s BBQ Ranch Chopped Salad Kit, on top. This goes to taste so use as much or as little as you like!

Another tip when putting your wrap together – I like to heat the wraps up for about 10 seconds in the microwave, or on a stove top, to make them pliable. Nothing is worse than trying to make a sandwich wrap, and it tears in mid wrap!!

So like I said, make plenty extra of these, they’re going to go fast. Kind of like the end of summer!
