Spooky Ghost Pumpkin Spice Cake Pops

It’s my families favorite time of year.. All things pumpkin spice and the holidays are begging with Halloween! Today I’m putting together a super fun recipe to make with the family that doesn’t need to be perfect, just fun. These Spooky Ghost Pumpkin Spice Cake Pops are just that!!

Using my handy Krusteaz pumpkin spice muffin mix, adding an extra egg to give them a little thicker consistency, I had some fun and got in the spirit of Halloween and grabbed some cake pop molds that were bell shaped to form ghosts.

Then melting down some white chocolate, my son and I covered each one with a knife, because there’s no way you’re going to get out alive with a toddler in the kitchen trying to dip these cake pops! Then with a little black dyed chocolate and candied eyes we started decorating our cake pops.

So with a little help from mom, we got some pretty awesome looking Halloween treats!

This recipe takes some time to get the chocolate on, but the part that doesn’t take time is mixing the Krusteaz Pumpkin spice muffin mix. Cutting out the time in the the prep definitely allows me to have the energy to get into the decorating step with my son.

Be sure to grab the recipe and instructions in the link here!
