Mimosa Ice Cream Float

One of my favorite ice cream treats is orange and vanilla 50/50 bars. This mimosa ice cream float pays homage to one of my childhood favorites and gives me a little kick to enjoy those warm summer nights when the kids are in bed!
Champs, orange juice and vanilla ice cream. Summer drinks donโt get much easier than this! Together with the rich and creamy Hรคagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice cream, this is the perfect adult indulgence.
The wife and I have been planning and getting the house ready to celebrate not one, but TWO birthdays this week. Brayden and Kenzie get a year older and, on top of not being ready for having a 5-year-old and a 1 year old, weโre totally not ready to throw a double birthday party in a few days!
So, I thought this was the perfect way to take the edge off after the kids were off to bed. Popped a bottle of bubbly, mixed it with some OJ, and topped it of with a fresh scoop of Hรคagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream. Very much needed!
This was exactly what we needed and thereโs a tad leftover for weekend brunch. Totally going to invite some friends over after the party and have a little adult brunch action with a mimosa ice cream float to top it off!
