Pizza Cauliflower Steaks
This recipe is an SEO night mare.. Cauliflower Pizza Steaks? Pizza Cauliflower Steaks?
Cauliflower and Pepperoni with sauce then roasted in the oven with some cheese? Yes, that’s the one! Rolls right off the tongue!
Yeah so maybe there isn’t a super fancy name for this recipe, but the other night I was craving pizza. I can’t have a lot of carbs right now, and had no interest in attempting a cauliflower pizza dough.
So I cut a head of cauliflower into steaks, and topped it like a pizza. After a little time spent in the broiler, these pizza cauliflower steaks came out amazing.
I topped mine with some pepperoni and mushroom, but would imagine these would go good with anything. Now that I think about it, my second go at this recipe may be of the buffalo chicken variety!
