Carne Asada fries with chili and cheese, is really a no-brainer when it comes to cooking, and no, you don’t have to make my chili and carne asada – although it will be 10 times better! But if you have make some extra, because this is a perfect way to have them for leftovers, with a bag of frozen fries, or even making some fries from scratch!

I’m not going to lie, I SUCK at snapchat. When I decided to do a takeover on Foodbeast.com’s snap, It took everything I had to get out 4 recipes that day, and this was the grand finale. It’s definitely a new habit I need to learn to snap during recipe making – I was exhausted but learned SO MUCH on how to use snapchat it was so much fun!

Isn’t using leftovers in a different way the best?! We do chili fries all the time with our leftover chili! But really, what isn’t amazing on french fries?! Throw in a cold cocktail and I’m set.
