Grilled S’more Dip
Nothing beats a traditional S’more. But having Grilled S’more Dip as an easy treat for movie night, or outdoor party is definitely a great way to let everyone get in on the S’more action without having to make one themselves!
Whats there to say a about s’more dip other than its a slice of heaven on a graham cracker! It still has that toasted flavor from the grill, and the chocolate is melted which makes it so gooey and warm. It’s honestly more addicting than a traditional s’more.
For my s’more dip, since its on the grill, I like to serve it in a cast iron skillet. Because of that I like to also line the pan with graham crackers. Not only because it makes it easy to grab a cracker and dig in. But I found that it also helps with preventing any of the chocolate and marshmallow from burning too quickly.
Another tip when making grilled s’more dip – I found that keeping the heat high on one side of the grill, and placing on the other side unheated, seems to be the best option. It keeps the heat low on the bottom, and higher on top so you get the marshmallows nice and toasted while night burning everything on the bottom.
Also, I highly recommend not turning your back on your s’more dip. Especially if you have a child and pregnant wife in the house. It will be gone before you know it! I’m just glad I got my photos done before letting them know it was made!
Don’t worry about being precise on the measurements for this recipe either. It’s a s’more dip, eyeball it and have your chocolate to mallow ratio to your liking!

Every time I see a s’more recipe, it takes me right back to when I was a kid and I went off to girl scout camp. I had never had a s’more before and I was amazed at how good they were—and what I had been missing! ๐
What the world needs now is more DIP! Saved and pinned for 4th of July! (Anything cooked in cast iron is a win/win for me!)
No doubt if I would cook this dip for my kids, they will beg me to make it every day! SO GOOD!
Ha! Ha! I can see why this would be gone lickety split. It looks absolutely, positively incredible. And so many great tips for preparing it without any hiccups. The hubby and I are moving in a couple of weeks and we will finally have our own grill again. . .so we can easily whip up delicious treats like this.
Ok…now this is fantastic. We have company coming for dinner…and this would be an awesome dessert to make on the grill!!
You are ON. POINT. with this grilled s’more dip!
OMG! I LOVE SMORES! What are you doing to me?? I’m trying to stay away from goodies like this… but I don’t think I can stop myself with this one!
A pan of goodies!!! Would love to jump right in there! No more need of a fire camp to make smores, YAY!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE smores and you totally made my day with this dip. Like I can finish this off, my total weakness right here, marshmallow and chocolate
This seems to be a trifecta of a recipe if ever there was one. Making a s’mores-based dip, in an iron skillet and on a grill?! Win. Win. And WIN! Love this idea for summer and I have a feeling our boys will insist that this become a standard at our weekend lake cottage.
A truly inspired idea. This looks totally delicious and so much fun to share and eat.
Oh WOW! Nothing beats a good s’more on a summer night, and this is perfect for all the rainy ones we’ve been having!
Wow my son would love this . Smores are so sweet and delicious
