Getting a healthy back to school snack put together can be a tricky task. My son loves to ask for any sweet snack when he gets home and sometimes it’s just hard to say no.

Putting together a little Greek Yogurt bar using FAGE Total 2% and some bright and fun fruit is one way I’m aiming to try and change this trend!

This is a super fun way to change things up for an after-school snack. I like to prep the bowl with FAGE Total 2%, then add some crunch, either from granola, or apple chips, and sometimes add a little peanut butter for some extra punch.

A Yogurt Bar with your children's favorite fruits and toppings is the perfect way to have a special after school snack waiting for them, that doesn't take too much effort to throw together!

Then with an offering of bright and colorful fruit spread out, let everyone put together their own yogurt cups.

Brayden, naturally gravitated toward the Dragon fruit. He’s incomprehensible rambling leads me to believe he’s learned about this fruit on a TV show and has had a fascination with it that he’s just now letting me know about.

It’s hard to get kids to eat healthy, especially when you’re on the go. FAGE Total 2% makes it easy. It’s rich in protein and calcium. And the creamy texture with tart flavor, is the perfect companion for all his favorite fruits

Having a fun little yogurt bar is a cool way to surprise him too from coming home. Of course I’m not the most “crafty” person in the world, so I get by with assorting a spread and letting him pick out everything he wants. Then serve him on the fly.

Then it’s right back outside, enjoying the weather before homework time. He’s happy. We’re happy. It’s just as life should be!
