This frittata waffle loaded with my favorite stuffing, is a quick and easy meal to make, especially if you want to do black Friday shopping the next day. I don’t know if I can handle the crazy crowd, but if you’re courageous you’ll definitely need some energy to handle it!

It also refrigerates well so if you want to do a little night before prep and heat them back up in the morning, that works too!

This is an awesome way to make an easy breakfast the day after thanksgiving!I’d definitely throw in any bits from thanksgiving that resemble breakfast. Stuffing is a for sure, especially if it has potatoes already in it. Maybe a little ham too? Whatever you feel like!

A few tips when cooking up a frittata in your waffle iron. I like to use spray on butter/oil to keep it well lubricated to prevent any sticking. I also found (at least on my iron) that splitting the waffle into fours – after its been cooked – before you take it off the iron, makes it alot easier to remove from the waffle iron.
