Bacon and Bleu Cheese Red Cabbage Cole Slaw

  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 2 whole carrots
  • 2 tbsp course grained dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp cilantro
  • 4 oz bleu cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon


  • In a mixing bowl, shredd red cabbage and julienne carrots. Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar; mix together.
  • Add bleu cheese, bacon, and natures season, mixing until evenly incorporated.
  • Add cilantro and mix in about 1 tsp at a time. taste before adding more so that it doesn't overtake your slaw. Cover and let set in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes
