Cut jalapenos in half and de-seed. spoon in cream cheese; about 1/2 tbsp or so per jalapeno half. Stuff with 1-2 little smokies, then wrap with bacon.
Place on an oval roasting rack (optional) in the Crock-Pot® and cook on high for about 4 hours until bacon is cooked all the way. Set to warm until ready to serve. Enjoy!
