combine all spread ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed. store in the fridge until ready to use.
FOR THE GRILLED ONIONS
over direct heat on your grill or a side burner, add sliced onions to a hot skillet with 2 tbsp oil.
Season onions with salt an pepper and let brown, add water to deglaze skillet; repeat proccess about every 5 minutes until onions are completely browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
FOR THE BURGER
Add worcestershire sauce to ground beef, then form your burger patties in about quarter to third pound patties. Rub a dollap of yellow mustard on one side and season with salt pepper and garlic powder.
place mustard side down over direct heat on your grill. add mustard and salt pepper to the other side that is facing up while grilling using a grilling glove to protect from heat.
Grill on each side for about 5 minutes and place cheese over burger. Grill until internal temperature is 145-155 for medium to medium well doneness.
Assemble burger with spread, lettuce, patties and top with tomato, grilled onions and pickles. Enjoy!
