In a mixing bowl, shredd red cabbage and julienne carrots. Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar; mix together.
Add bleu cheese, bacon, and natures season, mixing until evenly incorporated.
Add cilantro and mix in about 1 tsp at a time. taste before adding more so that it doesn't overtake your slaw. Cover and let set in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes
Cooking the Burger
In a large bowl ground beef, minced garlic and shallots, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper
Fold until everything is evenly mixed in, but don't over mix!
Form your patties into about 1/2 pound burgers, use your thumb to make a little dent int he middle to keep from shrinking too much.
Grill for about 5-8 minutes on each side. You can also toast your buns if you want to be cool like me!
Let the burger sit for about 2-3 minutes.
Add on a bun with a little ketchup and add a heaping portion of that bleu cheese bacon cole slaw. Enjoy!
