Cranberry Maple Syrup

fresh cranberries
1/3
cup
water
1/3
cup
cranberry jelly
Instructions
In a pan at medium heat, boil down your cranberries, jelly and water for about 5 minutes until the berries are soft.
Crush the berries and mix until you don't have too much of the chunks left; Add the syrup and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in the milk and oil, then the cranberry raisins and crushed walnuts.
In 1/4 cup servings, pour the pancake mix on a griddle at medium-high heat. Flip after 2-3 minutes.
Let cook for another 2-3 minutes, and set aside; repeat until all the mix is gone.
Top with your cranberry maple syrup and enjoy!
