In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, shredded cheese, shredded chicken, enchilada sauce and taco seasoning until evenly blended. Let chill in the refridgerator fora bout 10 minutes
When ready to assemble rollers, take mixture from fridge and smear on a tortilla, about 1/4 inch thick. Roll up like a sushi roll then cut into bite size pieces. Similar to cutting a sushi roll too!
Optionally, you can turn this into a cold quesadilla, and cut into wedges depending on your preference. Enjoy!
