filet mignon

baby portabello mushrooms

chopped asparagus

butter

garlic

fresh rosemary

fresh thyme
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cut filet mignon in 1 inch cubes as well as asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Season filet with salt and pepper.
With a cast iron preheated on high, sear steak pieces in 1 tbsp of butter for about 1 minutes per side.
Add in garlic, rosemary, thyme and extra butter along with mushroom and asparagus.
Cover at let cook for about 5-7 minutes until steak internal temperature is around 130 F. Let cool fora bout 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
