Preheat oven to 450F. Cut sweet potatoes into ½ inch slices. In a bowl melt butter and sage in the microwave. Toss potatoes in the butter mixture and place on a baking pan.
Back for about 15 minutes, then flip, and add chicken broth. Cook for about 17-20 minutes until browned
Pour maple syrup over potatoes, top with parsley and serve!
