pizza dough

pizza sauce
4
oz
shredded mozzarella
2
whole
eggs
or more

bacon

mixed bellpeppers
chopped
Instructions
Preheat a pizza oven to 600F. Cook bacon, and set aside.
Roll out your pizza dough on to some flour so that it doesn't stick.Spread pizza sauce over dough with a spoon in a circular motion. Top with cheese
Add chopped bell pepper, bacon top top of pizza, then crack a couple eggs on top. Optionally break up the egg with a fork to loosely scramble.
Place in pizza oven for 5-7 minutes until egg is cooked thoroughly. Cut into slices and enjoy!
